Reminder: our Adult Tai Chi class will begin in the spring semester. This twelve session class will not only teach the art of Tai Chi, but has pleasant side effects, such as lower stress levels and the potential to decrease blood pressure. This class is a great bargain at $75 if paid in full by the first class or in two installment payments of $50 each. Either payment option brings the cost per class session below $10 each.
Looking forward to another great dance week.
